Professional napper, food thief, and kitty blood donor
Diamond and his brother were abandoned in our boarding facility in 2007. The guys were up for adoption at one point, but after losing his brother to FIP, Diamond won our hearts and became a permanent fixture here at The Cat Doctor. A clown, a snuggler, and an all-around nice guy, Diamond can brighten even the roughest of days.
Sadie
Adorable face, bad attitude
Sadie and her brother were boarders whose owners never returned for them. Her brother, Nicolas, was a Bengal and found placement with a rescue, but Sadie has been with us since 2009. As feisty as she is adorable, Sadie dictates how and when she will receive our affections. She spends her days lounging in the upstairs office and demanding treats. She is also occasionally a (very unwilling) blood donor and Soft Paws model.
Archie
Archie, the cat who adopted us
Archie is an adorable Siamese kitty who decided he wanted to live here. He moved in with us in March of 2011, after making it clear (by going on repeated hunger strikes) that he didn’t want to be anywhere else. Due to his health issues and need for regular, specialized care, Archie’s wish was granted and he is now a member of our team! He loves napping on fresh, warm laundry, getting into any open cages, and rubbing his face on peoples’ feet. While he loves petting and attention, please don’t pick him up! He is very fragile and could be seriously injured if handled improperly.
